Burbank Unified School District Board of Education
BUSD Board of Education seats will also appear on Burbank ballots on November 3, 2026. The district recently completed a transition from at-large elections to a by-trustee-area system, in which voters elect the board member for the trustee area where they live; the board has five members serving four-year terms. Per the district's official announcement, the seat vacated in 2025 will be on the November 3, 2026 ballot as Trustee Area No. 3. The district posted its official Notice of Election on July 13, 2026; the complete list of trustee areas on the 2026 ballot is in that notice.
